My app keeps crashing and I deleted but my Zeyi s still active. Do I retrieve my Zeyi number if I re upload the App?

Yes, your Zeyi number is linked with your account. All your profiles will remain the same.
Is my Zeyi number available in a public directory?

No, Zeyi do not add number to public directory.
Can I request the same number if it has expired and not been renewed?

No, once the number has expired it cannot be renewed.
Can I keep a Zeyi number indefinitely? As long as I keep renewing it.

Yes, you can your Zeyi number as long as you renew it.
How long does it take to activate my Zeyi number?

Your Zeyi number is active from the time you create your new profile, but in some cases, it may take a couple of hours to be published amongst all international networks.
Will I be notified when my Zeyi Number will expire?

The app clearly displays when your Zeyi number(s) will expire in Settings. We will endeavor to notify you prior to the expiry date of your Zeyi number(s), however it is your responsibility to ensure you retain access to your number(s). There is a 14 days grace period to allow you to renew your Zeyi number. During this grace period calls and SMS are not delivered.
Will I be able to retrieve my Zeyi number at a later date?

Lapsed Zeyi numbers cannot be retrieved.
What happens to my Zeyi number if it expires?

Your Zeyi number will be removed once your subscription has expired and not been renewed.
Can I use Zeyi numbers on an iPad or Android tablet?

Yes, you can turn your iPad or Android Tablet into a fully functioning phone with Zeyi numbers.
Can I make calls on my Zeyi numbers?

You can make low cost calls to any phone, anywhere in the world from your Zeyi numbers.
